Running up and down the pitch, fatigue is almost inevitable for most players. The question is how the player will respond to this fatigue.  

One of the undesirable outcomes of fatigue is the player assumes poor positions and strategies of movement. They may break or hinge at the core/torso or “reach” for balls in off-balanced and vulnerable ways. This exposes them to potential injury but also may adversely affect their ability to execute an effective pass, shot, or defensive play.

While wearing the CoreVYO, athletes learn how to maintain the correct position and alignment of the trunk and limbs while executing effective movement strategies. Being able to wear the device during fatiguing drills on the field will train the athlete to maintain proper positioning and strategies when and where it counts!
